In civil, criminal and class action matters, the structure decides the case, from who stands behind whom to what each statement commits them to and where the conflicts sit. It arrives as documents, and documents do not hold a shape.
A shared data model and record
KXCO Round Table keeps a shared data model, called an ontology, and a record of the claims held in it. The ontology is a data model, not an AI model. Each recorded act is attributed to the person or system that took it and linked by hash to the entry before it, so a later change can be detected. A third party can check that the record has not changed since it was recorded, without relying on KXCO's word. That check does not show that the entries are true. Automated ingestion proposes entries, and people decide which ones are accepted.

Research before anybody is interviewed
- Start with the structure. A matter does not begin with the documents. It begins with the structure around the parties, which is reachable from public sources before a single interview is scheduled.
- Allies, found rather than canvassed. Each relevant public statement the team collects is recorded as a claim of a defined type, with its source and date, so parties whose position already aligns with yours can be found rather than guessed at.
- A reference library that states its own edges. Collection without structure is a pile. Each document enters as claims that connect, and the library says plainly what it does and does not cover.
- Conflicts as a structure question. A path between two parties can reveal a possible conflict that a name check would miss. Whether it is a conflict remains the firm's judgement. The pack shows a real query result against an illustrative graph.
Relationships decide matters, and documents only record them
- An exposure that nobody has found can change the whole matter at once.
- Every claim carries its source, its basis and its effective date, so it can be tested against its source when challenged.
- A third party can check that the record has not changed since it was recorded, without relying on KXCO's word. That check does not show that the claims are true.
- Automated ingestion proposes entries and people decide which are accepted, so judgement stays with the partner.
