What it is
Guildhall gives a Member a controlled room for a transaction. The Member owns the room. Guests are admitted on scoped tickets that expire, and they read watermarked, timestamped reader copies. AI prepares the material and checks the record. A named person controls the deal and approves it.

Where it stops
Guildhall is software for running a deal. It is not an invitation to invest and does not replace the institution's own governance.
In the House
Round Table Review supports larger transactions. Settlement can use the Member's custodian.
