Every email we send now proves itself

Email was the last channel KXCO touched that carried no proof. Now every outbound message is signed with ML-DSA-65, its hash is written to Armature L1, and the webmail session itself negotiates a hybrid post-quantum key exchange. Nothing for the sender to install, no keyring, no plugin, and a proof any recipient can check years later without a KXCO account. Inside the design: the four headers a verifier needs, why mail gets its own signing key, how only a hash reaches the chain, why internal KXCO mail never touches a network interface at all, how we got ML-KEM-768 onto the wire without rebuilding OpenSSL, and the discipline that keeps cryptography from ever holding up delivery.
