KXCO Meridian

Apply to become a Member.

Members run their deals on Meridian. Admission is not automatic, and this is not a sign-up.

Meridian is the place family offices, funds, broker-dealers and founders run their deal from. KXCO built the rail. Knightsbridge Financial runs its own book on it. Counterparties do not apply: a Member tickets them into the room as guests, and when the deal dies they leave. If you want to run deals, this is the form.

Members and guests

The distinction runs through the whole platform, so it is worth being exact about it.

A Member runs the deal
A room belongs to a Member. The Member decides who comes in, at what level, and when it closes. You apply for this, and admission is not automatic.
A guest is on a ticket
Counterparties do not apply. A Member tickets them into the room. Signing the NDA only asks to come in, the Member still has to let them in, and it never makes anybody a Member. When the deal dies, they leave.
AI runs the room, the human runs the deal
The room already drafts buyer questions, checks documents against each other, and tracks the deal from real activity. It does not close anything. You do.

What it costs

Base deal fee by size. The Round Table upgrade sits on the bigger deals and the bigger licenses, it is not a fourth price list.

$10m to $50m$14,000 to $24,000
$50m to $250m$28,000 to $45,000
$250m and abovefrom $55,000

$6,000 minimum on the smallest tier. An optional capped assurance premium is available on big closes.

Yearly platform license: $50,000 starter, $120,000 to $150,000 institutional, enterprise by negotiation.
