KXCO Guildhall

Apply to become a Member.

Members run their deals on KXCO Guildhall. Admission is not automatic, and this is not a sign-up.

Membership application

Guildhall is where family offices, funds, broker-dealers and founders run their deals. KXCO built Guildhall, and Knightsbridge Financial also runs its own deals on it. Counterparties do not apply: a Member tickets them into the room as guests, and when the deal ends they leave. If you want to run deals, apply here.

Applications go to one KXCO inbox and nowhere else. Shayne Heffernan reads them himself. There is no queue bot.

Licensed institutions hold assets. KXCO supplies the software. Sending an application approves nothing, connects no wallet and charges nothing.

Your application

Please give your name.

A valid work email is required.

Please name your firm.

Please choose one.

Please choose one.

Equity raise, private credit, M&A, secondary, project finance.

What the deal is, who is on the other side and where you are in it. A paragraph is enough. 0 / 4000

Please give a little more detail, at least 20 characters.

Please tick all five

These are the terms of the application. They are not marketing lines; they are what Membership means.

All five must be ticked before this can be sent.

No instant approval, no wallet login and no payment on this form. By sending it you agree to our privacy policy.

Members and guests

The distinction runs through the whole platform, so it is worth being exact about it.

  • A Member runs the deal. A room belongs to a Member. The Member decides who comes in, at what level, and when it closes. You apply for this, and admission is not automatic.
  • A guest is on a ticket. Counterparties do not apply. A Member tickets them into the room. Signing the NDA only asks to come in; the Member still has to let them in, and it never makes anybody a Member. When the deal ends, they leave.
  • AI prepares the material. It also checks the record. It does not close anything. You do.

The room also brings you the counterparties.

What it costs

Base deal fee by size. The Guildhall Round Table Review sits on the bigger deals and the bigger licences; it is not a fourth price list.

Deal size Base deal fee
Under $10m $6,000 to $10,000
$10m to $50m $14,000 to $24,000
$50m to $250m $28,000 to $45,000
$250m and above from $55,000

$6,000 minimum on the smallest tier. An optional capped assurance premium is available on big closes.

Yearly platform licence: $50,000 starter, $120,000 to $150,000 institutional, enterprise by negotiation.

What an application is not

  • Not an approval. Nothing is granted by sending it.
  • Not a login. There is no wallet connection here.
  • Not a payment page. Nothing is charged.
  • Not a queue. Shayne reads these himself.
