KXCO Meridian · Built on Nexus

The private-capital deal network.

Originate, negotiate and settle private-capital deals — with counterparties you can actually verify.

Meridian is where family offices and institutions run the whole deal: a live deal board, NDA-gated data rooms, offers and commitments, diligence, quantum-safe signing and settlement. Every member is identified by their KXCO ID, and every state change is signed to a tamper-evident audit trail.

The Problem

Private deals run on trust you can't check.

Private-capital deals still move on email threads, shared drives and PDFs — introductions taken on faith, NDAs and term sheets scattered across inboxes, and no single record of who saw what, agreed to what, and when. The counterparty on the other side is whoever the introduction said they were.

When it matters most — a dispute, an audit, a regulator's question years later — the proof is a folder of files that anyone could have altered, signed with cryptography that a quantum computer is expected to break. A signature valid today can be forged retroactively, and adversaries are archiving signed documents now to do exactly that.

Meridian replaces the folder with a network: verified members, gated rooms, signed actions, and one audit trail everyone can rely on.

Why It Matters

A deal network for the age of AI and quantum.

Verifiable
Counterparties, not aliases
Every member is admitted through KYC and identified by a single KXCO ID that carries across every deal, room and signature. No anonymous introductions — you always know who is on the other side, and so does the record.
Quantum
Proof that outlives the algorithm
Signatures, NDAs and audit entries all use ML-DSA-65 (NIST FIPS 204), so they stay valid after the deadlines that retire today's cryptography. Every state change is anchored on Armature L1 — a permanent record any counterparty, auditor or court can confirm.
Accountable
One trail, nothing hidden
Access a room, sign an NDA, place an offer, execute a document, record a capital call — each is a signed, timestamped, hash-chained event. Nothing can be altered or reordered without detection, and every party sees the same history.
How It Works

The whole deal, on one network.

From first look to closed position — every step verified, signed and on record.

01
Originate on the deal board
Issuers publish offerings — equity, debt, convertibles, private placements and more. Investors browse the board, follow mandates, and get matched to deals that fit their remit.
02
Open the data room — behind an NDA
Rooms are view-only and gated. Invitees sign a quantum-attested confidentiality undertaking before anything loads, and forwardable links keep every viewer on record — captured on your roster and sealed with ML-DSA-65.
03
Negotiate: offers, commitments, diligence and Q&A
Investors place offers that become commitments; both sides run diligence and a threaded Q&A against the deal — every exchange attributed to a verified member and timestamped.
04
Execute with quantum-safe signatures
Term sheets and closing documents are signed in-network with ML-DSA-65 over the document hash — legally binding, independently verifiable, and tied to the signer's credential.
05
Settle and track the position
Settlement instructions and issuer-entered deposit details close the deal; capital calls, distributions and valuations flow into portfolio and capital accounts with MOIC and XIRR. KXCO never holds assets or keys.
